I review a variety of household cleaning products, from chemicals to mops and rags. For me, it’s meditation. I just scrub the surfaces, dust off the shelves, sweep the floor with my favorite mop, but I do it completely mechanically, without being distracted by the surrounding reality. But not for all people, cleaning is the same simple and meditative activity.
